Any time a complainant establishes that the employer made an explicit modify to some phrase, issue, or privilege of work connected to harassment based upon a secured characteristic (in some cases called “quid pro quo,” as spelled out in area III.A), the employer is liable and there is no protection.228"We have been utilizing Bruce type A1 Pest
